By purchasing from Forever Cards Ltd you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions, which form a contract between us. As such you are advised to print off a copy for future reference.

No statements made in these terms or on this website shall be deemed to affect the statutory rights of a consumer which cannot currently be restricted or excluded under the law.

Forever Cards Ltd reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your use of this website following any such changes constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms and conditions changed. For this reason we encourage you to review these terms and conditions whenever you use this website.

Please remember that when using this website you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and any passwords and should ensure you restrict access to your computer to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You must inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else or if it may be being used in any unauthorised manner.

Please ensure that the details you give to us when placing an order are complete, accurate and up-to-date and notify us of any changes to the information you provide to us. You must ensure that your account shows the correct and current billing and delivery addresses to ensure the ordering process is successful.

While every care has been taken to display as accurately as possible the colours of the cards shown on this website, due to the nature and limitations of monitors and printers we cannot guarantee your view of the colour is accurate. Customers should satisfy themselves of the exact colours by viewing the actual product or by reference to our brochures prior to purchase.

All cards in the Forever Cards Ltd collections are handmade to reach optimum standards of quality. Please be aware that some of the materials may vary.

The content of this website, and the site as a whole, is intended for customers of Forever Cards Ltd. While we strive to provide an error-free website, the information on this website may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies. We cannot guarantee that all content herein is 100% accurate and/or complete, including prices, product information and production specifications. As such we reserve the right to correct errors in prices as they are discovered, revoke any stated offers and otherwise correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions. The right extends to orders that have already been submitted and accepted by our website. Your statutory rights are reserved.

Your order confirmation from us does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at any time after receipt of your order for any reason. If you have paid by credit/debit card at the time of ordering and your card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a credit to the card used in the order for the amount charged. If you have ordered on account and any part of your order is cancelled by us, a credit note for the amount cancelled will be issued to your account.

All goods must be inspected as to satisfactory quality and any shortages or damage in transit along with any defects must be reported to Forever Cards Ltd within 48 hours of receipt. Initial reports can be made by phone on 01989 770456 or by e-mail to foreveroffice@btinternet.com. No claim for damage will be accepted after this period. If any part of your purchase is found to be damaged, missing or defective upon receipt we will arrange collection and replacement or a full refund.

If you wish to return your purchase for any other reason please notify us by phone, e-mail or in writing to The Skakes, Glewstone, Ross-on-Wye, Herefordshire, HR9 6AZ within 14 working days of receipt. Upon return and inspection you will receive a full credit for the goods returned. Please note you have a statutory duty to take care of goods that are returned to us. We therefore recommend that they are carefully packed to avoid any damage in transit. This does not affect your statutory rights.

You have a cooling off period of 14 working days from receipt of goods to enable you to decide if the goods ordered are as expected, during which time you may cancel the order in writing to foreveroffice@btinternet.com or The Skakes, Glewstone, Ross-on-Wye, Herefordshire, HR9 6AZ. These cancellation rights DO NOT APPLY to certain items such as bespoke orders and customised goods. We are unable to refund such customised products unless they are faulty or have been damaged in transit.

If you do wish to cancel any goods they must be returned with the packaging around the individual cards unopened. You will be responsible for the cost of the safe return of the product to us. Please note that you have a statutory duty to take care of goods that are returned to us. We therefore recommend that they are carefully packed to avoid any damage in transit. Upon return and inspection you will receive a full credit for the goods returned. You cannot cancel under these terms if you have opened the packaging around the cards or used the goods in any other way.

We try to ensure that all details including prices are displayed accurately and are up-to-date. Obviously prices may vary from time to time so please make sure you check all the relevant details before you place an order with us as prices may have altered since you last visited our site.

All prices are in pounds sterling and exclude VAT. If your order is being dispatched within the UK then VAT will be levied at the current applicable rate before payment is taken. If your order is being delivered to a destination outside of the UK, then VAT will not be levied. All customers outside of the UK are responsible for the payment of any applicable taxes levied by their local jurisdictions.

You can pay for your items via our secure online payment system and payment can be made at the time your order is accepted or within the terms of your account. We do not store any of your card details or other sensitive information and comply with our obligations under the Data Protection Act 1998 or any replacement or re-enactment thereof. We use a secure payment system and all customer details remain secure throughout the transaction process. No cardholder information is ever passed without being encrypted.

These terms of sale are subject to change without notice and are correct at time of writing.

See our Delivery page for details. Please note – our shipping carriers only work Monday to Fridays. Forever Cards Ltd reserves the right to increase shipping costs for exceptional orders. You will be contacted and given the option to cancel your order if you do not wish to pay the extra shipping charge.

Should our carriers attempt to make delivery and no-one is available to receive it, they will leave a card with consignment details along with the contact details of your local depot so you can arrange re-delivery on a suitable day or collection from the depot. You will be given ample opportunity to respond to the carrier. If you do not respond to the calling card the goods will be returned back to us. There will be a return to sender charge incurred. This is currently £15 per parcel.

Upon receipt of your order we will send you a confirmation email which will confirm details and acceptance of your order with us. We aim to dispatch 98% of orders received within 72 hours, subject to the availability of stock. Any errors found on orders, for example address or payment details, may delay your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays due to inaccuracies. Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery within the UK, and 5-7 working days for overseas deliveries. We regret that we cannot guarantee delivery service or times.

If any items in your order are not in stock, we will make them for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order or have a partial delivery if you would rather not wait for the stock to become available. Out of stock items are usually available for delivery within 2 to 3 weeks of the order being placed.

For products that you would like delivered at a later date, please specify this when ordering (for example, Christmas cards, Valentine's day cards etc…). Your account will only be charged for the goods upon shipment.

We request your name and address to enable us to fulfil your order and to help us manage and maintain your records and provide you with an efficient after-sales service but we will not pass your name and address to any third parties.

The confidentiality of customers and site visitors is a top priority at Forever Cards Ltd and we comply with all aspects of the Data Protection Act 1984 and the new act of 1998 and to protect your privacy we will only use the information you supply in accordance with Data Protection legislation. We will hold your name, address, contact telephone number and e-mail address; we will not hold your credit or debit card details.

If you register your details or make a purchase you will be added to our customer database to receive future marketing material and special offers, unless you specify otherwise by contacting us in writing to foreveroffice@btinternet.com or by mail to The Skakes, Glewstone, Ross-on-Wye, Herefordshire, HR9 6AZ. We will never sell or share your personal information with third parties unrelated to processing your orders.

Forever Cards Ltd shall use all reasonable endeavours to complete the order as requested by the customer and as agreed by Forever Cards Ltd but we shall not be liable for any delays or other problems which are due to any so called ‘force majeure' reasons beyond our control including, but not limited to, flood, fire, accident, breakdown of plant or machinery or unavailability of component materials from the usual sources of supply.

Any rights of third parties under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 are hereby expressly agreed not to apply and any agreement made in connection with this site shall be strictly between you and Forever Cards Ltd.

All purchases made from this website shall be deemed to have been concluded in England and these terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales whose courts shall be the only courts of competent jurisdiction in the event of any dispute. Please be aware that once Forever Cards Ltd has confirmed your order we will have a legally binding contract with you.

The Forever Cards Ltd website may be accessed from outside the UK. Laws may differ outside of English Jurisdiction. All visitors or users of this site from all countries agree and acknowledge that by accessing this site they do so knowing that English laws apply. Whilst accessing the site all visitors and users must respect and are solely responsible for complying with the local laws of their own territory. Also, if ordering from overseas, you may be subject to additional import duties, charges or taxes which may be levied once a package reaches its destination and you accept full responsibility for payment of any such additional charges.
